AntiFixLab provides facility maintenance and property service support, including but not limited to maintenance, repair, cleaning, junk removal, handyman support, and related service coordination.

Submitting a request through our website, email, phone, or SMS does not guarantee immediate service, final pricing, or confirmed scheduling until AntiFixLab reviews and confirms the request.
SECTION 2 - SERVICE REQUESTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
When submitting a service request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, email address, service location, property details, and a clear description of the requested work.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to request services at the property location provided. AntiFixLab may refuse, reschedule, or cancel service if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or cannot be verified.
SECTION 3 - ESTIMATES, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Any estimate, quote, or pricing information provided by AntiFixLab is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, site conditions, materials, access requirements, or service complexity differ from the original request.
Payment terms, invoices, deposits, and due dates may vary depending on the service provided. Customers agree to pay all approved charges, invoices, service fees, materials, taxes, and any other agreed amounts related to the requested services.
SECTION 4 - SCHEDULING, ACCESS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the service location. If a technician cannot access the property, if the site is unsafe, or if the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
AntiFixLab may reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, technician availability, emergency work, traffic, supply delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
SECTION 5 - SMS, PHONE, AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number or email address to AntiFixLab, you agree that we may contact you regarding your service request, appointment, estimate, invoice, job status, follow-up, or related business communication.
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from AntiFixLab, you may receive service-related text messages, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician updates, service status messages, and customer support communications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, or phone numbers collected for SMS communication with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
